Room for everyone, the same view from each
Ten guests, five suites, each facing the gulf — nobody draws the short room. Days gather at the infinity pool; evenings drift to the sunset bar and the terrace. The nearest swim is two minutes downhill; the whole area — Cape Sounion’s sunset, the quiet coves, the island ferries at Lavrio — opens out from the door, with the airport under forty minutes away.

A landmark birthday, an anniversary, an intimate wedding, a reunion long overdue — the estate becomes the venue as well as the home. We host one group at a time, so the place is genuinely yours, and dining, a chef or the details of a celebration can be arranged around your plans. If it’s a family gathering across generations, the house is built for exactly that; and you can read when the coast is at its best if you’re choosing dates.

How many people does the villa sleep?
Up to ten, across five sea-view suites — the whole house is yours, exclusively. It suits a family, a group of friends, or two or three couples travelling together.
Can you host a celebration or special occasion?
Yes. A milestone birthday, an anniversary, a small intimate wedding or a reunion — the infinity pool, the sunset bar and the terrace above the gulf make a private setting for it. Tell us what you’re marking and we’ll help shape the stay around it.
Is it good for a multi-generational family?
Particularly so — one roof, sea-view rooms for everyone, a pool the whole group gathers around, beaches two minutes away, and Athens close enough for a day out. It removes the logistics that make larger family trips hard work.
